Let me fan the fire. Developer is not going to extend the road from 2 to 4 lanes, until the phase 2 is completed as per confirmation from the sales office. They broke their verbal promise

42 months due this month for first batch buyer. The sales updated me, developer apply for CCC already, pending approval from authority. Approval may come in anytime soon.
All block A-D will be vp together. But block A owners will get the key first, based on the SPA signing dates.

For Foresta, it will less likely happens, because the developer still has Phase2,3 and 4 to launch.Project image and reputation is bigger than anything.
