QUOTE(frankor @ Feb 18 2016, 05:40 PM) If each Phase need 42 months to complete then 42 (months) X 3 (Phases) = 126 months / 12 months (1 year) = 10 1/2 years i.e. the remaining 3 Phases will be completed in 10 1/2 years. Your assumption is based on one phase to be completed before the next phase started??In that case we will see heavy construction machineries moving into and out from the construction site by using the road (entering Damansara Foresta) for the next 10 1/2 years or more. Hopefully, it will not caused any nuisance (in form of noise and dust) to the residents of Phase 1 Damansara Foresta. I will not be surprise if the Developr will not commence works on Phase 2 until the defect liability period of Phase 1 has lapsed. The same may not applies on the following phases. |

B & C the hill and pool view indeed is a better buy if you can stretch your budget.
For lower budget you can consider Block A as the entry price is lower. What to avoid is the Block A facing Phase 2 direction, as you are going to face the noise and dust pollution for the next N years. |

I interpret his question as : some issues lead to many owners motivated to dispose their units. So the issues are negatively impact the development. So I m trying to help him to see things from both sides of the coins.
Can't answer in full length without knowing his motivation and intention in the one line comment. |

QUOTE(GangHo @ May 13 2016, 08:36 AM) In the same toilet, there is a dedicated area for standing shower, installing glass is an easy option. very good option...And because of the available space, you can watch TV, listening to music and hence it is not merely soaking in the bath anymore. for corner unit, it is very good for own stay. For rental market, the corner unit does not fetch much rental premium compared to the intermediate units. |

QUOTE(GangHo @ May 15 2016, 11:28 PM) Your statement requires lots of assumption, lots of actual transacted data to be substantiated. Not to generalised. I believe that this conclusion is merely your own opinion and ofcourse you deserve. This is because I have lots of argument to prove otherwise. Just my opinion of my own and few other corner units owners which remained not tenanted out till now. |
