Can keep dogs in foresta. It will be nice to take a wild walk with dog in the forest    (assuming no mosquitoes ever created)

i think it's subject to JMB's decision. if dogs are not allowed, cats will be too.

May I know anyone here making complains about the maintenance fee they charge?? Since everything is not ready to be use i think it is unfair to charge us....

Hopefully after Phase 2 have been completed the forest view still remain intact as at now.

Maybe after Phase 2 completed there will be Phase 3.

If each Phase need 42 months to complete then 42 (months) X 3 (Phases) = 126 months / 12 months (1 year) = 10 1/2 years i.e. the remaining 3 Phases will be completed in 10 1/2 years.

In that case we will see heavy construction machineries moving into and out from the construction site by using  the road (entering Damansara Foresta) for the next 10 1/2 years or more.

Hopefully, it will not caused any nuisance (in form of noise and  dust) to the residents of Phase 1 Damansara Foresta.

I will not be surprise if the Developr will not commence works on Phase 2  until the defect liability period of Phase 1 has lapsed.

Actually once phase 2 is completed, those units will also get a pool view of the 2nd phase. In fact now is the time u can bargain for a lower price. But of course you will have to deal with noise and dust during construction

I just call the agent today , and asking about the foresta how much . Too disappoint is , when I asking the car park , some is front and back . Come on , the price like this , still get the car park is front and back , now all come by side by side lo. And the price still too over high , all I just like tge foresta forest is , sometime maybe can with my honey walk inside and then.........:-P

In the same toilet, there is a dedicated area for standing shower, installing glass is an easy option.

And because of the available space, you can watch TV, listening to music and hence it is not merely soaking in the bath anymore.

Your statement requires lots of assumption, lots of actual transacted data to be substantiated. 

I believe that this conclusion is merely your own opinion and ofcourse you deserve.
