Goods provide by tesco is cheaper due to bulk buy. Many Malay customer mostly are operating restaurants and the location is nearer to bandar tun razak. Leisure mall is more towards shopping mall. Nearest taman is yulek, Connaught an taman segar who mostly are Chinese. |

Additional observations from me, no need to agree.
1) Tesco Midah is located at an easy access place from nearby high mixed population areas eg Bandar Tun Razak, Permaisuri, Tasik Selatan, Cheras flats, Pandan etc.
Customers can either use MRR2, Jalan Cheras or inner Midah roads to get to Tesco.
2) No other hypermarkets surrounding those mixed population areas offers free unlimited hour parking lots to customers. Tesco Midah has been giving free and unlimited hour parking areas since its Makro days.
3) The canteen F&B is selling halal food with sufficient seats for customers.
So for nearby families that only come for grocery and food, this is a perfect place.
