It says that SOHO rental is higher than serviced apartment becoz of its commercial value. Agreed?

Does it also mean that for someone looking for a residence, he or she will pay more for a serviced apartment as compared to a SOHO?

Doubt that the church slope will be higher than maybe 5th floor of block E. Also if view is facing the slope is like "repent by facing the wall".

If it has 90% merit n 10% flaw, enjoy the 90% n accept the 10% as trade off

LOL.. Soho sounds "sou"...more feminine...

The objective of previous post was to get consensus if EKC SOHO buyers would have any chance "treated" in a similar like those Penang SOHO buyers, given that DBKL has recently hiked the assessment.

Personally, l wouldn't agree to explanation or "justification" spelt in the article.
