As far as I can recall in 5 years back. There is a powerful thunder storm in cheras.
Cheras autocity is one of the area that strike by massive flood. Just wondering do developer know this issue or not. If they didn't rectify this problem, bye bye to our cars.. |

Coz i recall that jln cheras stretch can get flooded quite easily during raining seasons.

just sign S&P
guess what, the unit i bought was told facing the main road and its morning sun. when i go and sign today, saw the unit i booked actually facing billion, afternoon sun. hot hot hot! Developer give wrong info to the agent What the hell... |

Once we have the Level 3 built, we will get a clearer picture of sun orientation.
