Eve suite@ara damansara another lrt linked service apartment also had slow progress n ended up paying LD for late delivery but they honored their LD payment to the buyers.

looks no much different than the last photo i saw at least 1/2 year ago. sad.gif

I may be naive, but comparing to Maxim Residences not so far away this seem much less done than that.

Nobody will know the future and if u r worry and losing your sleep, you may write in and ask developer to cancel the SPA. Obviously some money will be forfeited but better than losing hair over it.

True but from then until now EKC has appreciated.. Can anyone share why the 3 floors dig is only a small portion?? shldnt it be bigger

Because they need to complete ground + piling works for Soho blocks

The rest of mall portions can slowly do since do not need to construct 60storeys on it.

thanks. not so worry for now as I have opted for DIBS so won't pay anything till VP. so long they can complete the project I don't mind they take longer than 4 years. just hope they don't quit half way smile.gif

by the way do u own a unit too?

Taken around 6pm just now (minutes befote rain)..
Here is an overall view of BlkJ/office's site. Wider deep area seen compared to few week ago. I have very limited angle to snap photo as cranes or blockages are every where. For those interested, it is encouraged to walk in and have a view. Take care of your safety.

Yes it will..around 30% bigger than damansara.. some extra sections nvr in SEA b4...5th biggest in the world.. whole MRT stretch will have many malls.. I think velocity really need to up the ante as i dnt see why someone would walk over from ikea to velo.. Hope EKCs malls can have good FnB tenants for the jiulai crowds..

It's okay lar. The failure of those mixed mrt and shopping mall projects a good lesson to government and developer to wake up and focus on real human resources development but not every year gdp mainly depends on internal real estate flipping
