What's wrong with this Ekovest...progress so slow

Always had the impression that they are established group with strong construction experience

They are doing piling for 60storey building + 3 storey basements
I am not surprise with time taken

I bought one project with 4 storeys basement + simple 15storey building
It took them 15months to complete the dig out + piling

A recent example is four seasons. After launched in feb.2013, after more than 2years only superstructure rose from ground.

I think Ekovest should start the construction before spa signing.

Thanks for your posts to indicate buildings with basement require construction time.

Also curious if you are a buyer of any EKC unit.

Bro are u kidding with us , i believe no developer can simply touch the mrr2 by putting up any u turn ramp . Even mrt spad alignment also need approval from kem. Kerja Raya with lots of terms and conditions..

jagalat kor, ur link on the projects beside mrt station voted Ekocheras as best buy among the 10 mrt projects. i hope this will translate it to a good capital appreciation in 2018.

Hi, I just got an unit for ekocheras (H-16) for investment yesterday.
May I know this area of cheras can rent out for how much for blk H type, SOHO (762sqft), just an estimation will do , thanks for help.

I bought my unit for RM 603K before 5% discount, is it same price as the launch price?
. I hear the SA told me this is loan drop out unit.
Is facing KLCC but according to SA ,the view might be block by the BLK E service apartment.

Based on what l have witnessed at the site, the progress is slow.
I am expecting LAD.
l just assumed getting a 8% of "rental yield"..
