Yes it will..around 30% bigger than damansara.. some extra sections nvr in SEA b4...5th biggest in the world.. whole MRT stretch will have many malls.. I think velocity really need to up the ante as i dnt see why someone would walk over from ikea to velo.. Hope EKCs malls can have good FnB tenants for the jiulai crowds..

It's okay lar. The failure of those mixed mrt and shopping mall projects a good lesson to government and developer to wake up and focus on real human resources development but not every year gdp mainly depends on internal real estate flipping

Was reading a report that mention property within walking distance to lrt station enjoy 20% higher rental.

The missed point is the price which i believe most already factor in the MRT price. Just for example Sqwhere and Saville Cheras which located at middle of nowhere... The price is significantly higher and i believe easily >20% higher than the property beyond the vicinity of the MRT stations.

agreed. need careful consideration whether a very good property is priced too good, and will not return a good profit as compared to a medium property at a low price...

when petrol price start spicking up again, doz lrt/mrt linked projects will definitely command a better rent going forward.

walking distance with cover bridge only attractive . some station also got alot old apartment with walking distance.

I bliv within 200m is v good even if no bridge...I saw connexion ioi city ad saying 700m from ioi city..sure those ppl nvr walk 700m b4.. for commie to be effective with mall or train need to be 100-150m n direct frontage..
