A) BLOK E 3 TINGKAT 353 UNIT
Typo ke ni?

iii) 1 BLOK (A) PEJABAT PEJABAT (21 TINGKAT)
Wah.. tingginya !

iv) 1 BLOK HOTEL A) BLOK N 13 TINGKAT 260 BILIK
Ni rendah daripada ofis...

v) 4 ½ TINGKAT KOMPLEKS MEMBELI BELAH
Great!

vi) 6 TINGKAT PODIUM TEMPAT LETAK KERETA
Is this the hotel parking podium?

Passed by Jln Mutiara Barat 30 mins ago.
Observed they start digging a hole at Blk H or D site. Not as deep as the current Blk J hole. Not chance to walk in to snap a photo ..

In Slangor side, Cheras(Sgor side) is not listed....

I inteprete the term SOHO in EKC, is a duplex(at least).
The upper floor will be used as bedroom.
Small kid at early age can stay with parents in the same room.

Assuming it is not for office usage, another option, just in general, is to partition the living hall for a smaller room.
How the final space/look turned out to be, I leave to the designer.

Other bosses ideas are welcomed.

Is this the main reason you skip EKC?

The last I heard was a few units are still available.
