Well, whether it is figure or doll in Malay it is still called "Patung", just convince them it is a doll i guess.
Im collecting points real hard on amiami (i have lotsa orders) and hope Alter's Black Heart get delayed like 2 months, so that i will have over 1k of points by then to use it to knock her price down to under RM500.

So the RM500 rules apply? I ship by SAL not by EMS
*
From my previous shipment from amazon.jp in early June ( not about figure, it's a limited box DVD ), the item total value is slightly less than RM500.
Due to the shipment being too heavy 2kg+, the kastam opened and inspected. They even printed out the tax list but then it wrote that total value RM49x, tax amount RM0. Bad thing was that my item was opened including the inner packaging.

So I guess that the kastam tax randomly and they still apply the RM500 rule. Or maybe they focus more on figures shipments.

Man, I hate 1/4th scale. it is of the devil. 1/7 or 1/8 or I'm out. I just don't have room for something that large. :/

shephard86 may be right... seeing how the poster stands are usually a4 sized, these figures look huge. they could be 1/6th though... if the poster stand beside it is a 4r stand. hmm.gif

perhaps exkurogane can shed some light... since he is, after all, the master of lighting icon_rolleyes.gif

I'd take the designated scales with a grain of salt. Most figures are assigned a scale, but when you do see it in person it can be different than what you thought. I have these two figures: Zettai Tora which is supposed to be in between 1/6 to 1/5.5, but it feels like it's closer to 1/7 or 1/8 (albeit pretty hefty in weight), and Vertex's Selvaria which is supposed to be 1/7 but is the TALLEST figure I have right now, easily towers above some of my 1/6 figures.

Being kinda off-tangent here but... I've taken another step into the point of no return.

I... pre-ordered an oppai mousepad.

I'll take my chances. I don't usually purchase character goods, but I like the character enough that I'm willing to give it a try, and considering it's a GSC shop exclusive (with a pretty brief pre-order window) it's only going to go up in price. So yeah.

Back on topic.

I'm seeing a lot of Hestia hype around, and all I can think is how the hype would die down and she'd be forgotten by the time her figures are actually released. Especially this 1/2 scale by Q-six:

Eeeeuugh.

For sure will be keeping an eye out for these two. Gotta have me some Isuzu(s). Just hope they're not 1/8.

EDIT: yeah they're 1/8. Unless the price is below 9,000 yen I'm going to have to give these a pass. But that sleeveless uniformed Isuzu tho...

FREEing's bunny girls series is 1/4 fixed size
It's only FREEing's redeeming point
Their other scale figures' quality is way less than desired

I believe it's a totally different division- different set of workers in sculpts and paintjobs. That is the only explanation to their differences. It's like Max Factory has divisions to work on the figma and PVC line separately.
