For me still consider mid high end! Not Pay high is bcoz still is LH and remote area! The concept is you will be you pay 600k will get same level end with 900k at Setia Alam!
For money view, not high! But for deserved value is high!
Like beginning every one also expect IJM launch 400k++, sure no problem! If IJM want target mid range, But IJM want hit mid high end for this project! If IJM want target lower range, will not build so beauty green area, no water decoration and etc!

If you use Google Earth, use "Historical Images" function, you will be able to see Bandar Rimbayu progress as at end of march 2014.

just asked them, the rain water tank (for semi-D cluster) is on upper floor (if not mistaken a corner at the back of the house, which is not accessible
The syabas tank is on the top of family area

forgot to ask for chimes/perinnia

Estimated cash to pay, (if loan 90%), for the cluster semi-D is about 130 (including 10% downpayment), and total interest to pay within the 2 years construction is about 30k
That's 150k in total before staying in... wahhhhh
really sound scary...

5 Years back, before moving in, need pay 40k for everything already,
4 Years back, before moving in, need pay 50k for everything already,

Jus went to sign docs for TNB an Syabas. The sales agent also indicate possible VP by year end.

Good, Rimbayu should be more than 70% is for stay purpose!
Anyone know when is the club house ready?

Quick VP is not really surprising. However, must consider the infra is ready. road from BSP so that people can come thru KLIA/SKVE Hiway

Hahaha.. No worries la. Morning until 6pm, still got guard and IJM staff work there.
Night time as long as lighting and guard enough, should be fine.

May i know anyone know except from own taman guard house, the whole rimbayu enterance got guard house?

SA said not so soon wor, the current office, think so will be converted to like.. small hall for gathering purpose.. the clubhouse (which is not free), will be constructed right outside the Arc, behind the show house.. in the future..

I think clubhouse charged is fair, if the club house with gym and swimming pool and some other facilities. Charge about less than RM150, is great that you can stay landed with cycling to clubhouse, even cheaper than Condo.
Some more is optional too.
Setia Eco Park their clubhouse is around RM120,optional too.

Were there any info on the club-house?
must said i wasn't well informed- and surely it is not part of the "attraction" during the chimes launch.

could someone share
- what are the facilities offered?
- do we need to buy membership?

Well- as a reference, i stay near Cahaya SPK and join their club house for Rm 6000. Monthly fee paid is Rm 80 for a family of four.
it has a large pool, decent gym, squash, badminton, squash, tennis. Not that i make full use of that... but still decently priced.

I believe hard to find tenants at these 5 years, own stay is awesome bcoz preference of the environment, willing to pay and stay.
tenants either is near their working place/easy to access, i do not think Rimbayu currently can have these elements yet.
If lucky, rental should be around 2k.
