sales are slow simply because of bumi lots not taken up by bumis. still many leftovers.

If you use Google Earth, use "Historical Images" function, you will be able to see Bandar Rimbayu progress as at end of march 2014.

Last time i head BSaujana Putra was renting like rm 600 for small DSL. of course environment not so good. but people rent normally go for cheap cheap.

IJM said they will bear the cost. Of course this is verbal only. I remember when signing up they asked us to sign consent for approval. So now it is up to Kuala Langat District officer.

They should understand lah how important is fencing up.

So the hope is like this:

1. VP-ed
2. RA set up, give consent for fencing up. >85% needed
3. Kuala Langat district approves
4. IJM construct - for free
5. Happy Chimeras

RA President needs to be the person who resides Chimes. I can give support for whatever I can.

correct. there will be idiots who wont pay monthly fees. but i hope chimes people got no idiots lah.

the solution to idiots not wanting to pay, we can disable the access card so that it will make a hassle for them to enter each time. but dunno lah if the guards will co-operate.

must have a united residents.

We do not deny entry. We let them in as long as they use the "visitor" entrance.

So he must go down, isi borang, then kasi masuk.

But u know guards sometimes pengecut also. Cheap guards. Gertak sikit terus kasi masuk.

It's a huge problem. The world is a better place when there is no kiasu, stingy people.

exactly. cheap labour too cheap. capitalism.

anyway, i hope the residents are level headed people lah. unless they make change to the existing law. any guarded taman you must pay maintenance fee. but then again it would be a major change in law. (individual / master title)

They will be one or two "idiots". But we must manage.
