bought phase 2 lorrr ... that time between phase 2 and phase 4 ... i took phase 2 ma cuz slightly larger but slightly cheaper tongue.gif

Me opt phase 4, not many unit left from p2, only those beside the roadside and I dislike the indoor yard...

don't think got a lot, last i saw, phase 4 left about 10 units non-bumi
phase 2 very limited also

but sales slow down still is the fact
everywhere also slow down..

i think it will take a little while for ppl to absorb this changes, now, u might still be able to own a terrace. 800k is almost like a standard price for a terrace. If two ppl earn 10k, one month pay 3k++ for house, it's still possible but with no more money left in your pocket. But at least you still can afford, in the future when it become like HongKong, rental already so high.. then definitely can't buy already.... i think when ppl can't afford house, rental will go out, because more ppl will rent.

Maybe there will be case like China, the price of property started to drop.. but will it reach Msia so fast?

when ppl start thinking that 500k for condo, 800k to 1 million for terrace is normal, i think the sales will become better.. that's why the selling price of the new launch still didn't drop even though the sales is slow.. other new launch as well..

not sure if the property market will restore before the implementation of tax

Got loan eligible ma buy lo, better put in fd ma...lol
My target very small only, price can up to 1.2m in 5 years I m happy jo la..

Yes, I agree, if got loan eligible, buy it first lo, if nice to stay stay lo.. hehe

Condo also 500 to 600k, and if better location also 800k++.. so many condos some more

I think you saw a lot of units available cuz half of it is bumi quota... but non-bum quota left <10 now .. but its true that sales did slow down...
