just saw 3 failed transaction on my titanium card,
verify with ocbc and blocked the card.

my fren wasn't so fortunate , his card was charged 700usd.

update, i called ocbc again, trying to get rebate for rm50 gst for the new replacement card which i have not collect yet since sep, failed to get rebate.

decided to block the card. after ocbc fully refund for the fraud transaction, I will decide then, to keep or to cancel.

if ocbc not going to refund in full, i will cancel the card and close my account with them.

WHAT!! we still need to pay for the replacement card??

I have msg them n they say will provide me black n white for no need to pay for fraud transactions once all the fraud transaction posted in the unbilled statement.

I'm pretty sure the GST was charged per his normal schedule and not for the replacement card itself. My card was replaced a few months ago due to fraud complaint and they didn't charge new GST.
