bro.. i'm still with stock kancil 850 manual.. not even change the sport rims (still wheel caps lol), so far running good except for crazy engine temperature due to thermostat problem..

Mine is 660 auto.... running good still no problem except for minor issues... kancil is strong lel

if same gbx kinda expensive, sure can get around rm300-400 with trade-in with old gbx (they even take if broken), full overhaul job i'm not sure but its labor for all also not sure.. full overhaul seem need a lot of things to do..

but nowadays i can feel when hard braking will make the car steer a bit to right side.. already do bleeding, but the problem still there..

same same. engine got leaking oil a bit just leave it because not serious.
my paint job also teruk. too many years parking outside.

maybe time to skim the brake disc.
my vibrating if brake at high speed.....

yeah i know i got 400 the first time i changed my gbx but only lasted for 6 months.. this new change gbx is now almost a year i hope it will last longer

how long warranty given? why not install 4 speed auto gbx? better FC maybe..

they only gave 4 months warranty so cant really get anything.. not sure what you're talking about 

there's a version of auto gbx with 4 speed electronic.. normal one is 3 speed only.. normally come from japan halfcut L2.. some even has LSD with auto gbx..

i'm not that knowledgeable compare with my friends.. just a little bit only.. still learning new things about this SLK.. hehe.. i'm also planning to do something with this car.. convert 1.0 with manual gbx or something like that or convert L2S but use back the 850 engine block..

still got asap putih coming out after top overhaul. No have to go for full overhaul. Change piston ring and conrod. Another 1k down the drain. Total up to RM5k for replacement of engine and repair.

Bad bad bad investment. just my luck for getting a lousy engine. Sheeettt!

For those who intend to mod their car, my advise is .. best to sell off your current one.. and then buy a  fully converted mira. At least can test drive. no trial and error..
