Assalam n hello to all..
i'm kinda new with kancil.. so far my ride is totally stock (kancil belalang year 2006 850 manual), wanna ask about sport spring, currently is stock absorber (already replace all around few years back) but spring now seem giving out which i can hear the sound of it..

So wanna ask, what sport spring is suitable with OEM absorber? ProRide? Gab etc?
Now plan to install wayta spring buffer as i did try for my vios seem good, quite stable after install it.. coz vios oem suspension too soft, so at high speed i can felt the car floating.. but after install wayta spring buffer seem reduce the floating effect..

kancil bulat or petak fuel consumption should be the same because same engine.

nice to see another sifu is back!  rclxm9.gif

dont think so... my mech said the carb seem a bit different.. old kancil seem more powerful then new version.. but new version seem have better FC.. its like myvi 1.5 and vios 1.5, both using same engine but different engine configuration..

most here convert turbo already?

mine is stock kancil year 2006 manual 850 (wife car before we married, now i'm using it when needed only)..
now got problem with temperature, sometime happen sometime ok.. just now the aircon controller (the black box behind glove box) seem faulty.. the compressor seem not working, but when i knock a bit the black box, the aircon runs normal back.. before this got tick-tick-tick sound while aircon is ON, but now no more..

any tips from kancil sifu's here what to do?
and about timing belt, is it true its lifetime either 80k km or 2 years?

additional
just now read some previous pages, so its true about thermostat being the culprit because of the temperature sometime high sometime not?

stock kancil 850 remove thermostat. the thermostat is the main culprit.

air con thermo amp most probably got faulty relay need to change. maybe need to check aircon gas. sometimes not enuf gas or compressor not working the switch tick tick wont turn on.

timing belt 80k can go 5 years. but got 2 type....one 40k or 80k forget liao.

thanks bro.. appreciate it..

yeah the PCD 110 which is not common.
go to half cut shop they will have mira rims.
if not get 8 lubang rims which will fit.

13 inch rim good enuf la. use 14 inch rim change tyre time wallet hurt.
*
13' and 14' tyre price i think quite similar.. different around rm10-20 per pc.. while 12' cheapest is rm80-110, 14' is same with kelisa configuration.. still nice tho.. wanna cheaper tyre maybe can get eco tyre, but not recommended for spirited driver..

same same. engine got leaking oil a bit just leave it because not serious.
my paint job also teruk. too many years parking outside.
*
so far no leaking..
but before this had problem vibrating brake, then suddenly the hub of front tyre come out.. car cant move at all because the disc brake stuck with brake pad which it not align due to hub come out, the pin that hold the hub screw kaput n missing.. so that's why it come out, resulting damaged the driveshaft "gigi" and the hub it self.. change both gone rm170.. labor rm20.. ok la..
