Sifu/otai sekalian, I heard abnormal sound from the engine bay this morning after I came back from breakfast. It come from belting area, it produced "ketak ketak" sound. So, i checked all the belting and found out the aircond punya belt macam a bit loose. Whenever, i switch on the aircond the ketak2 sound can be heard very clear. However, when switched off the sound gone. apa case ah? bearing ke?

Akon kompressor bearing? Pulley? Tawpon kompressor piston sudah mau koyak

Waduh waduh.. So many possibilities.. Bawa go aircond mia workshop or magician to check? Tsk..tsk.. Pening.. How much will that cost me?

Yg mentioned tu semua menda yg dalam 1 package, semua related to airkon je. Paling terok, kena tukak kompressor lar apelagi Harge ntah la. Slalu aku bikin kat YKS belakang AmBank Puchong Tmn Kinrara. Biase dalam lingkungan 700 pakei part sekonhen.

Bro, itu RM700 kira manyak morah. Biasenyer, kompressor baru dah RM1000 Belom kira aperanjiao yg tambah masok, upah pasang agi Magician yg bagui, klo kompressor klac magnet sudah tak cengkam, diorang boley kasi tukak, harge dalam RM200 siap pasang. Tapi kebanyakan magician tau komrpessor klac magnet rosak pon sengaje beritau itu kompressor rosaked, supaya hang tukak baru, nanti itu kompressor koyak die sendiri oberhol juai bagi kastomer laen nanti

Tropiex if you are in shah alam.. I do recommend to my bawah pokok aircond pomen.. His bengkel is just infront of carnauba building entrance in glenmarie. Look for hamdan.

last time my old '95 kancil compressor blows few days before raya... minyak masuk aircond system, had to buang all aircond parts (compressor/coil/evaporator/hose/valve semua) and put in brand new parts (the compressor is china/taiwan made aje - 3 month warranty, ori gila mahal) kena RM1250 siap pasang.. did the job in Ipoh..

before it blows there was loud whining noise from the hood, then burnt/oil smell come out from the aircond. If u manage to avoid compressor kong by stop using aircond u might able to replace the compressor only instead the whole aircond system.. my 2 cents aje, kalau salah sifu2 boleh advise

Sifu sekalian. I notice my kancil when driving once over 60km/h starts to vibrate violently up down, macam absorber not functioning. but when i test by pushing on the absorber with my weight, it naik up back, and got no sampan effect. all i know is alignment is slightly off, could it be balancing of tyre gone? thats why so much vibration? the feeling is like naik motor going on the road with infinite zebra crossing -.-

Check Alignment and Balancing? when I 1st bought the kancil was something like that rough ride. Can feel like uneven road.

Some of the tyres was either -1.5 or +1
Absorber u try go over bumps, if it bounce back once then still okay. If more than once after u go over the bump then not so good adi.

yes, absorbers bounce back once only on all 4.

Steering vibrate left/right = tayar balancing / tayar bengkak

Whole car bouncing up/down = tayar bengkak kaw kaw / drisab misalign
