Umm,i don't think there is any GPU that is priced under RM139. If it's $139,different story.

You can without dGPU.. If it's because the TV uses HDMI..well the motherboard has an HDMI port.

You can actually stick with the stock intel cooler as well. These chips don't put out as much heat as their K series brethren.

As for water cooling, only get it if you're overclocking. If your budget can increase to 4.5k plus then maybe can add a K series chip plus a nice AIO.

Custom WC is a whole different story all together and will take 1-2k easily.

Umm,you may need to upgrade the CPU,MOBO,GPU,RAM and PSU(?).. Cause that CPU will bottleneck GPUs 1k-1.5k range like GTX770,R9 280X.
