Can I upgrade just my gfx to higher end...maybe around >1k - 1.5k without changing my mobo n power supply?

my current rig:

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Mobo: MSI-7320
GPU: Asus GTX550 Ti
RAM: Corsair 2gb x2 DDR2
PSU:Silverstone 560w

[Budget] 5k

[Purpose] Gaming

[Hardwares that will be re-use] Monitor, Mouse & KB

[Monitor resolution] 1080p

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Games (Watch Dog at full setting?) , HD movies

[Personal preferences] Full aluminium tower casing with water cooling

[Location] KL

i realized that i need an upgrade...can't stand playing watchdog and stutter...

actually, was thinking to upgrade gc only...but dunno if my existing mobo msi-7320 can support r9 290 or gtx780 Ti?
