Yay, finally joining this new bandwagon... was late by 4 months... wasn't aware until last month
Call up CS for the usual new card "routine" action items: activate, chk stmt date, estmt, set sms alert threshold, link to ebanking, blah, blah...
No push back for requesting for sms alert threshold of RM1.

But they are blur on the first CB cycle. My statement date is 12th.
I ask what is my first CB cycle?
(A) Now till 12 Sept; or
(B) Now till 12 Oct.
One CS say (A), the other say (B), then end up they have to recheck and revert.
Anyone know?

There is no date behind the envelope.
Anyway my question is not about "start from which date", but rather on "end date" (statement date).
Meaning: Is the first cycle normally partial month (less than 1 month) or partial+next month (more than 1 month).
Anyway, the CS called back and say it is the later, hence ~ 5 weeks.
And I also transfer all my BT repayments from my previous PB cc to PBVS and further delay payback for 1 more month.

U guys experienced same thing like me? Went TM pay Unifi, insert visa signature loading 5 min nth happen have to restart machine to eject card. Try both machine also same. The manager said maybe new chip. Same thing happen to Kepong shell.

Abt the Plaza Lounge, if we only travel within Malaysia, say I fly from Jb to Penang. If I using the lounge, but I am unable to swipe oversea. In this case, I shall pay for RM75? Any PBB CS to help?

good question. maybe they expect you to do online overseas transactions. anyway, better ask customer service, and please share the answer with us.
