shit..just called to check, application is not successful. Sien..
Anyone know can we appeal it? Maybe my commitment too high, but my payment records always good, never experience any late payment and pay full all the time for all the car loans, house loans and CCs.
Can we appeal by submit more docs such as FD statement, Share Statement just like what i submitted during new car purchase half year ago.

Has anyone paid AIA insurance policies via AIA website, and get 6% CB?

Called up CS 1 to ask via Signature hotline, he says All Insurance Transactions has no CB nor points.

Called up CS 2 to ask via general card hotline, she says Yes CB for insurance if pay through website.

Hi, I am wondering whether we are entitled to 6% cash back for purchases made in "HERO Market"?
I assume Pasaraya Hero and HERO Market are different?

You have to register yourself via AIA@My Service. Then you will see Online Payment button.
BUT, I have not tried this as i do not have Signature card yet and my policies are yet due.

Hi guys,

Anyone applied this card through online?

When I press summit, the page just refresh back to homepage.

Did it twice and still the same. Wonder does it go through or not.

Anyone faced such issue?

Thanks!

I applied yesterday.
After click Submit, should have pop-up appearing for you to print the application form.

Check your pop-up blocker
