i apply visa gold thru pbb branch,but during application i require to pay rm12 stamp duty and rm50 annual fees...may i know how to waive the annual fees that i paid ?

this pb gold card benefit is not really good compare to pb signature.
why you no go for signature since you have put FD?

signature require at least 100k

I think you can try sending an email to PB customer service to ask what is the FD amount required for VS first. If the amount is 40k or less, try asking whether it is possible to convert/upgrade your gold to VS.

OR

If you have not used the gold card, get it terminated and reapply VS using the FD pledge. If you have used it, try to ask for annual fee waiver and then get it terminated. Then use the FD pledge for VS.

I call pb cs yesterday, still processing after submit my application form since 26 march..
About 3 weeks still in processing status.. really slowww!! any1 got approved by apply this month yet?

just realized this card exists! too bad the requirement is 100k per annum! Sigh, almost there

my application has been rejected.. anyone know how and where to appeal?call cs? i want to appeal by giving more supporting doc such as fd, stock statement to support commitment.

How much is your annual salary? Why not trying FD pledge? PBB FD rates are one of the best around at the moment

my last 2 cc application from other bank also been rejected, apparently my commitment is too high..
but when i buy new car 6month ago, i gave FD statement and Stock Market Statemnt, it will approved...Public bank also approved me, although finally i choose other bank loan ..but credit card normally I just submitted ea form, hence i think no enough supporting doc.

Anyone having problem with the new Astro payment portal? Failed transaction.

I applied last week. Still no sound from them. By far, the slowest response for a cc appicaltion. And boy I have about 7-8 credit cards. That's saying a lot on how slow pbb is as compared to others.

Or maybe its a strategy. To delay and reduce ppl from eligible for the Samsung phone.

Nah i believe they earn comission for every sign up. Mayb tat free samsung n 0% make it super duper long queue list.
