After 3 working days, the IVR says my PBB VS application is being processed.
You can check after 3 working days of submission (via email)... I hope I can get the RM188 Cash-Back offer

You submitted the online application form right? If yes, will not be eligible for the 188 promo. The CS specifically highlighted this to me.

Welll.... Let me ask the CS when I activate the card if they approve my VS application.

I got the application form for the rm188 promo from a PBB branch and they told me I can submit by fax or email as stated in the form.
I emailed them the form with supporting docs 3 days ago and when I called the CS this morning they comfirmed that my application is under processing and emailing of application is allowed under the rm188 promo.
I also notice that the form has a diff source code GPEZTO0414 (at bottom right corner of page 2) compare to the rm388 promo's form with source code of GOCBWB0513.

Google lah for Public Bank Berhad....

theres a toll free number and non-toll free one. calling non-toll free one didn't give the IVR option to check application...

I used the non-toll free number..... you need to read what it says on the PBB Contact Us page before calling ya ?

Emmmm....I didn't notice there are different Online Application form's code, the one I submitted was GOCBWB0513.

Hope PBB allows opening of internet banking account with credit card but without CASA.

They do, i used to have an online banking account with my visa debit card .

Does online transaction include all kinds? For example, TNB, Astro, Maxis and discount coupon sites?
