Does online transaction include all kinds? For example, TNB, Astro, Maxis and discount coupon sites?

I've been told by CS of PB, that dining at hotels, or at starbucks are not included. They mention that, internally, they make reference to MCC list. Anyone knows what's on the list? For all you know, maybe online payment only from certain websites, not all.
