When do you apply your card? Or you are ex-PB cc holder? Do check if you violate any T&C.. If no, I suggest you to quote the eligibility T&C that doesn't state insurance Payment not considered for the Cashback & drop an official email to PB customer service for the complaint.. B&W is more effective. Good luck ^^

- Going to collect card at branch on 13 Nov 2014 rclxms.gif

I have checked the T&C yesterday and insurance premium is one of the excluded items ..argh....

Most of the Starbucks are not eligible for cashback. My recommendation is, get a starbuck card, online reload it with VS card for the CB. And use starbucks card to pay.
