maybe the problem falls on the person who key in the address to the system. his brain doesn't communicate well with his eyesight and fingers.

Not sure what happened but the pin code did arrive within 2 weeks from the date they claimed they sent.

bro i apply so many banks don't have this issue so means pbb staff have problem with their QC and as mentioned they should have verify our address with us
