and my parking are also on the level 4. there are some higher floor unit that have basement parking, and there are some units with two non-tandem parking but on different floor. haha, that's funny right? totally random. since KL flood is unpredictable i wont risk my vehicle with basement parking

You certainly agree that we both buying so high floors n paying more "should" be given 1st floor
Side by side !!
Last time I did chat with guys. Who bought lower floors in soho but got side by side . They told me in the forum .

So yes like u said. It's really bids me what is the parking allocation policy ? First buy first serve ?
Or the higher expensive floors get the best car parks
Which one ?
Can you think of another option ?

Of course level 1 is best !
It's higher than G floor n need not keep driving up n up n up twist n turns till head spinning .

Lower levels - the fear is flooding .
Last time. I saw a case where LG floors n lower floors were flooded n have water leaking problems etc

It's always safer a floor which is higher than Ground Level . Sungei Besi is probe to floods those days .
New condo building along previous greens areas have disturb the water flows when rains .
That's why recent highways are flooding during downpours .

If u r staying there - you must adjust to your other half. On who get to park first n front or back or who comes home first .

When I was renting midfields, n same tandem parking there - my neighbors family they all keep each other car keys n each can use each other car the next morning .
Whoever parks outside n need urgently to leave for work n will use that car Loh

Otherwise it is very Susah !

So high density - where they can find enough car parks ?
Total units exceed 1000 units for 3 blocks sharing same levels of cR parks .

If 450 units then the 4levels is just nice for side by side for all owners .

Like I said. I wonder what is the car park allocation policy ?
Those who buy so high floors n paying higher cost per unit are they getting tandem or side by side n are given higher floors levels ?
Who is given the level 1 n level 2 ?
All people who bought 26th floors onwards ?
Or what ?
I bought 25th floor of the 26th floor building of Soho n yet get 4th floor parking !!!
What is this translate to which policy ?

That defeat the purpose of buying 20 th floors onward if such luxury of good lower floors special parking is not given right ?

Question : -
I wonder if anyone who buy eg 5 th floor n much cheaper than me by a big margin n if he is given better floors parking n side by side too?
Is there such case I wonder ?
If no I am happy .
If yes - I wonder n I wonder .

When you ask to change from tandem to side by side parking, did they give you the reason for such allocation?
