after the sg besi toll,go straight and keep to your left,when you see the signboard of salak selatan at petron station,turn left to that junction,go along it and you will see cr on your right.from toll to cr about 5min

My brother and my friend who work under developer compan ies told me that if the contractors are able to completed everything,vp the fastest can be gotten in 2 weeks time

We must learn to know when u have a KL address that's the city u r facing .

Better face kampung n trees in forest n those want full forest can buy the new condo up Genting ...

Put it this way - access road is block for the best safety n not due to Feng Shui n for emergency purposes.

Central is ok . The fascade is what we were impress with . And the price is well above average .
So owners we hang in there n well you must know. Today prices so high - we r indeed the previlege group that will have a KL address !!!!

Thanks for the advice.but for a scientist,I always believe that accidents happen usually relating to the attitude of the drivers, road conditions, car suddenly got prob etc....I'm not a superstitious person btw and so my family.

The address is KL and rightly position to link all the highways n access to KL takes 7 min to Pdn Indah ampang via Sungei Besi loke yew highway !!
And of course via npe Sunway in 8 min! On a great non rainy day...

Friends that day from Bangi use that super fast Besraya to visit me in OKR in 15 min !

Gosh.  Suddenly we realised that we got a shining gem when completed .
So let's more concentrate with future allocated funds for rennovation .
Make it possible . Make it real .
Make it work for us .

But well ummm when I look out of my 25th floor unit
Gosh. It's only 1.5 floor up to roof top via a side staircase n so yes. Panoramic views all round

For the leafz,I guess its entrance is very headache part, after come out from guard house and its main road then still stuck at the traffic light jam there,can't avoid at all...for location wise,cr will be better, at least we can avoid that super long queue traffic light.just me....

If from KL to cr, just keep to the left because the right ppl long queuing at the traffic light to kuchai lama and Sri petaling, if from cr to KL, just use the flyover in front of the leafz to avoid the traffic light.

But now the question is whether soho units are allow to function as that. Or must stick to the strict residential units rules where only tenants or residents owners can stay or rent n not use as hostel or hotel .
Can anyone care to advise on this issue ?

My friends and I did rent a unit at residence gembira for a day for rm 400.that house owner really makes it like a hotel, even place a corner for food and labelling the price of each well even the drinks in the fridge.very cool.maybe cr owner who are very passionate on this kinda homestay(that owner called it homestay) concept can do it like this too
