Soho Unit will get their key by this year right?  

If by CNY 2015 can get key - I be lucky.
I guess my guess is after March only VP or further .
If doing rennovation - can only rent out after Aug la.

A good practice of RWDP design is either side by side with stack (concealed) or outside the building just like the picture shown earlier (blue clouded). Why this only happens to Unit type J !? None of the RWDP running inside the unit for the other type.

Of course it is not structurally danger, it is nothing to do with structural of the building means the RWDP 12 not belongs there to support any of the building. So, it's only a pipe which can be divert anytime! <refer to the pic attached>

Initially i thought I would accept it if the Yuk Tung able to give me a satisfactory answer & considering may be the architect got is own reason. Unfortunately, the PM give me the no reason behind it and call me and say the drawing is already done.    Not to forget, this is a LUXURY & many winning award apartment, it should well coordinated & shouldn't happens.

It ll give me a hard time to position my washing machine & less flexibility & aesthetic & noisier during heavy downpour because it's inside the unit. Give me an quite not good impression compare to the my first impression to Centrina  , I know nothing is perfect, i try to find balance & find my first own home's excitement & happiness after considering pros and cons with my selection.[attachmentid=3972826]

U don't gave to stick to original layout designs
The beauty of rennovation is yr contractor can dig out
The floor n realign piping n wires n water outlets n pluck points to wherever you want to suit your living style .

My current place at Gembira Residen, I had all original concept changed with new layout n walls n glass partition
Etc adding even a island stand in the kitchen

So in any new unit - it's never possible to suit all of our taste n layout . We need to add with rennovation. .

Don't over stress over these water outlet . Let the contractor do what you wish.

technically speaking B2 is always better than 4th floor parking, which is what i got - especially if it's side by side and not tandem as what i got , my soho unit is on 23rd floor. it's a long climb to get to 4th floor rather than B2, not good for fuel health in the long run.

if you worry about flood, i would say the chances are that is most unlikely to happen. i brought that up earlier because i always thinking of the worst case scenario. flood could happen everywhere, even my current condo that i am renting - my parking is on the first floor, open air parking lot without roof (higher than roofed G floor) and it's still can get flooded while G floor and B1 isn't  bad drainage/ rain water flow management was the root cause. plus, except for the smart tunnel, i dont remember having recall of any flood issue yet in sungai besi or nearby area.

but if you already signed the S&P, i think it's already too late anyway, no?

i think open air 4th floor better oh, better ventilation right?

as long as it's roofed and my parking spot doesn't hit the sunlight (which would eventually deteriorate the painting in the long run) then i dont mind. my tandem parking spot on 4th floor is fine.
