Progress on 2/5/2014 for The Court from Yuk Tung Website. I think the developer's plan is to up three block simultaneously.

after the sg besi toll,go straight and keep to your left,when you see the signboard of salak selatan at petron station,turn left to that junction,go along it and you will see cr on your right.from toll to cr about 5min

i mean whether would it have a direct access from KL- Seremban highway upon its completion? or only have one entrance via Sg Besi Highway?

There is no direct access from KL-Seremban highway. The authority wont easily approve direct access from highway. Need to access via Sg Besi Highway

I think the developer is trying to build the parking floor for both the court and centrina as i you can see the besi is placed in the location where it is supposed to be centrina.

the leftovers on the right side of the building in the picture - last two months update they did four floors within one months, i thought at some point it will catch up with the rest of others which is progressing at 2weeks/floor, but from this latest update picture it seemed like it's slowing down and only one floor?? rclxub.gif within last month? wonder how would it eventually catch up with the rest of the other building up high on 17/18th floor at this rate. the more i think about this the more i think developer is probably just trying to reach as high as possible to claim progressive money from banks that giving loan to buyer without actually completing the whole floor wholly (if this even possible and can be done, just a guess not an accusation)

Shamelin Expressway E9 (Malay: Lebuh Raya Shamelin) or Besraya Extension Expressway is a new expressway under construction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia connecting Jalan Istana Interchange on the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 1 to the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 near Pandan Indah.

nope, not in their master plan. but i was hoping at some point we can do it tho, maybe after forming JMB or something. it would be nice to have this access.

As you can see from the image above, last update was on 31/3/2014, the leftover on the right side of the building is just 2 floors, but the latest update on 2/5/2014 that part has become 5 floors already. I am not sure did they ever manage to build four floors withing one months, but they did build almost 2.5 floors for last month, which is the same, if not better, compared to the main part of the building.
