The contractor is applying 1-phase supply from tnb (RM500) and in their letter they want us to pay RM700.. this is so ridiculous. .. Hope all owners can email this lady qiauhui@hr-group.com.my to ask them to resolve this issue. .. This is ridiculous as a developer they gave this kinda nonsense excuses on this issue. ..

Hi Ariesfoo,

Thank you for the information.

I noticed it was mentioned in the bill that RM700/unit is meant for TNB "meter deposit" and not deposit for electricity.

I am not sure if both are refering to the same but it would be useful to find out.

•TNB comes up with the connection charges relevant with the electricity connection
•Customer pays the connection charges and RM10 stamp duty

Hence, electricity deposits are different...

Hi Ariesfoo, do you managed to contact HR ppl asking about the TNB deposit?
I've sent email to qiauhui@hr-group.com.my this monday, there is not feedback at all.
I am disappointed to with this project. I've made a call to HR end of 2013, asking if this project was delayed.
The person answering my call replied arrogantly ,HR project never delay. See what happen to this project.
I was charge with full instalment from bank, do you have to pay full instalment as well?

This is how they replied my email:
"According to our project team, RM700 is the required deposit by TNB. We are not sure if the website is correctly updated.

Please be advised that the deposit amount will appear in the TNB bill in due course.

Residential titles no gst
That's the big difference with updates .. Things will change since gst is launched

Soho is commercial or residential ?
If commercial - if we sell - we add 6%?
Or not ?

just to share...
I ask SA in NSK and he told me Soho and The Court ready by next year June and Centrina a year after.
And he also told me that the shops is just for lease and not for sale as I was told the same thing last 2 yrs.

Don't know how true it was but it's better to lease for better control.
Shops like convenience store, pharmacy, laundry, all day F&B outlet or maybe a bank might last longer....

The nearest station for The Court is the station located in between Taman Naga Mas and Institut Sosial Malaysia, 5 500m away
Kuchai Lama Station is 1km away
