Has anyone calculated that due to no balcony and we have to look down at certain degree inside the glass which swimming pool view may be blocked if goes to certain high level?
*
you need a mathematician or a physicist to calculate like that lor ..can give you actual degree angle as well...hehehe but true what you said...you can't see much if you way up ....specially on the top level...probably can see the cabana or the edge of the pool...but once you inside the unit..probably wont bother about the pool view....first few weeks maybe..then wait till few months...sure dont bother to see one

cheers mate,

My worry Is who the heck want to rent out my unit since another 2 Block Is still In under construction. Headache already. Dont know how much i can rent out for my unit. Since the Project Is delay ,should i ask Yuk Tung for the compesation Or they actualy going to Deduct from the maintenance monthly fee

Yeap the 2.9 k includes the late interest from the 1stage. Delay due to documentation Of bank to YUK Tung And the electricity meter deposit .the bulk meter etc.
Hopefully .i do hope That someone will rent out my unit And can close one eye on the 2 building still under Constrcution .if Not close both eyes pun canlah.hehehe

A question And opinion. My unit should i just rent it out Or Convert it into a homestay type.per night basis. Do you guys think People Would rent the place if i make it into a homestay unit? Is there a rule And regulations stating it could Not be rented out dialy? No kan.

Collection of keys.
The frustration is they insist we follow the date allocated to us to collect the keys at Sungei Besi soho despite we already fully paid n can't go there any work day to collect ! Mine. I had to wait a week almost to go there collect n must follow their time too.

Very inconvenient for owners who work . Why can't they say just come over any work day at lot number xxx n see ms xxx n collect
So simple n easy ?
*
I think one Of the reason Is the site Supervisor who is handling the defect works Is short handed.so he needs to set a time to see a certain amount Of client/Owner perday.im guessing only. By right We can just go any day We Like .should be that way
