Hi Steve, it is either the agent didn't hear you properly or agent is not clear on the property he/she is selling.
Central Residence SOHO has been built up to penthouse already, it depends how much manpower working at site to speed up towards VP. We will not have to wait until end of next year for SOHO.

Hopefully can be completed lo at least by mid of next year to avoid paying extra. Any email reply from the developer? Anyone?

When estimated month to get CF and key for SOHO?

The next stage of loan release suppose to be --> 2E - internal & external finishes
so hope 2E is now under progress

Dilly dally moving in work - still will be 3 months approx from key collection day .
Still Oct 2015 by then only can decently
Move in after key collection eg June 2015
I always put 3 months as rennovation period

Look at the facade of soho
Hardly any glass panels put up n greens - I felt VP at end 2015 isn't too far fetched .

hey everyone, just want to share with you of an update for central SOHO i got from yuktung when i drop by their office last week. according to the person in charge for central residence, at this time they are still on track to get CCC by end of december 2014, and told me to expect call by then to settle some fees.
CCC or previously CF is on basic unit as in S&P without any additional fittings eg kitchen cabinet etc that yuktung offered.

once they got CCC and can VP, they will call us to visually inspect. when is this? it's by batch of units. some purchaser will get this by Q1 and some by Q2 2015

once inspection is done after VP, you will need to return the key back to them so that they can install the additional fittings eg kitchen cabinets, water heater plaster ceiling etc for about 3 months and then you have to come again and inspect the additional fittings with them before they can fully handover the key.

every units in central SOHO are expected to be ready to move in by purchaser by end of Q2 2015.

Yup, that's how I understood about yuk tung's development plan to allow us to customised our renovation rather than let us waste their effort re-renovating on our own again after we get keys. With extra cost we could change our styles and change their original design for us. I wonder how much renovating they can do for us? Built in cabinet?

Heard that DBKL rate salak south as Grade B (Bangsar is Grade A) - Anyone know where to confirm this?

Bangsar already rated grade A many years ago. But surprise that, salak south was rated as grade B, maybe is good news to salak south ppls.
