Just went to NSK, bump into Central Residence kiosk. The agent said that Central Residence SOHO will be completed by end of 2015

Isn't it suppose to complete by end of the year according to contact? ?? If it's complete end of next year means delay 1 year? ? You will entitle for 1 year lad? ? But 1 year delay sound unhealthy to me, if a few months consider acceptable

My SPA signed date somewhere March 2012. So can get 9 months pro-rate LAD of 8% PA biggrin.gif

Anyone have concern about cooking gas and fire safety? What could we do to make sure these disasters is prevented? Anyone mind to share a good property insurance?

I think the insurance is not under individual purchases but will be take care by the property management group and will charge to individual property owner.

Not sure if anyone of you has contact YukTung before, perhaps we can write in to them, let them know our concerns. With the amount of the emails maybe they will do something about it. I don't know and not sure, just throwing out ideas. For SOHO, is suppose to be completed this year end, that's what I was told earlier from various sources. With delay of SOHO, certainly the rest of the project will be delayed too.

My concern is more on hoping SOHO, Court and Centrina can complete about the same time. So will looks great together and won't get too dusty for SOHO

if SOHO delay and cant complete before 1 April 2015, then buyer will need to bear the extra cost on GST.

True, this is one of the point on GST.
The building has been build up to penthouse already, how possible SOHO to be completed by end of 2015 ?
It depends on how much of the manpower they put to work at site. Right ?

LAD is to offset the extra loan interest but not GST.
if cant complete before 1 April, 2015, buyer has to bear at least RM6k extra cost on GST.
and buyer need to pay it by cash.

Steve, if this is true, I don't think you can do contra.
What you need to pay, you have to pay first,
what they owe you, they can pay you back by " contra "
there is no clause to spell out what type of form of payment on how the developer must pay you
watch out
