can i know any difference in between ffully lexi loan or semi flexi loan?

Tenure is same. Difference is full flexi, u can in and out from loan account without charges but every month need to pay RM10. For semi flexi is every month no need to pay anything, but each time withdrawal from loan account, then rm50 charges. something like that. they said full flexi good for self-employed / businessman type while semi flexi good for normal fixed income employee

I assumed the wall is the beam of struture of the whole building .... I am no engineer la. if the unit is a flexi and can easily remove then where is the beam of the Soho building blocks ......... the whole soho block can collapse lo ?

Think need to look back the floor plan. But not sure got show the beam structure or not. Or anyone can confirm?

what about those previous photos from construction site. can see the soho struture ma. Imagine if the wall got hack down each every unit ....... no eye see lo ..........

true. . Those owners who wanna hack the wall must get approval from the management. . Otherwise the building structures will be affected if simply hack. ..

Folks, anyone else worried about the construction progress of The Court and Centrina? Both slated to be completed next year.... Even the SOHO is yet to be completed. :S
