Once some of the owner convert their unit to daily hotel rental, we can foresee very serious security problem in CR. This is nightmare to other owner who intend to own stay..... can you imagine everyday different group of Pak Hitam moving in and out and staying beside your unit....

I will suggest to the management to put a sign board in the lobby "No African allowed". Just kidding Hopefully all good expat and professional tenant lo

How to ensure good tenant if rent it by daily basis?

The management should do like the condo at sg long. The sg long condo management really do the signboard at the guard house and stated that 'No African allowed or rent'.

Whatever race, if rent it by daily basis, after a while CR will only turn into a budget hotel place with social problem.

Passby this morning, I saw the construction now starting on level 27. The Last update was 11 Aug 2014.

Before the building completed, owner already start discussing this idea, i don't think any rule cant stop them to turn CR to a budget hotel.

can we at least change the term from 'budget' to 'standard/premium' hotel ?
