As can be seen the progress for The Courts now on level Ground. The B1 & B2 already constructed. The photo n date 2 May 2014 shown that the B2 already constructed and going for B1. Now, the progress is on level Ground. Looking at it seem a bit slow for a month progress for B1 carpark only. should be able to complete 2 floor in 1 month.

when i purchase, they told me is fixed based on unit size and prices... but now i found out it not and simple give. and i get bad location compare someone which is smaller and lower

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I saw the construction now starting on level 21.The Last update was 23 May 2014. Still able to maintain complete 1 floor in less than 2 weeks.

I am clear with my carpark allocation as well when purchase, i think the only one which wasn't clear was citydude . but that's not the whole point of disussion, the thing that we are discussing was how is the car park allocation is determined? when i bought mine i dont have much choices left as many are already booked. but during that time, i got options of smaller unit with side by side parking and bigger unit (731sqft ) but only tandem parking. i choose unit size over parking - which raised the question of how the allocation was determined at the first place. my SA can't answer that. i figured maybe someone have the answer here.

so now it's 2 and a half-ish floor within one month, so as the leftover on the left side and while building the court. not bad, speed is getting better.

Has anyone calculated that due to no balcony and we have to look down at certain degree inside the glass which swimming pool view may be blocked if goes to certain high level?

So when u estimated will all kau tim including CF? Next year Q1?

you need a mathematician or a physicist to calculate like that lor ..can give you actual degree angle as well...hehehe but true what you said...you can't see much if you way up ....specially on the top level...probably can see the cabana or the edge of the pool...but once you inside the unit..probably wont bother about the pool view....first few weeks maybe..then wait till few months...sure dont bother to see one

Been pretty busy with new house at Gembira Residen ,
There is NO tall buildings face GR N no blockage at the pool n park deck n so quite windy at all times .

We r getting our Unifi soon supposedly end May but the general station of Tmn Gembira linking to my area had a technical glitch . The unifi cables are already linked n attached and waiting for full testing n operations soon .

Previously I stayed at midfields for 2 years and still no unifi there . Very frus . Can't operate my Internet smart TV there .

At Gembira Resuden - I will be able to use Internet TV n beam Internet movies soon . The Astro Beyond Lines System are default at GR n we don't have to pay installation fee .

Now looking for another TV for Master bedroom .

so from your high floor can see the swimming pool or not?

I took the floor attached to the exit ramp to water feature yoga zone n gym n pool
So I don't look down but walk out my unit n open glass door n already facing water feature

Can hear the water cascade sound n fountains all day .
Encourage me to do more open air walks n exercise etc

You play mahjong? Next time, can setup one mahjong kaki group if Central Residence there. Just play for fun la, no gambling

Since the carpark is sharing for all 3block . I guesstimate vp need 18months more .
anyway nice project , nice location plus nice package

Anyone got more details for this Pavilion 2 @ Bukit Jalil? If really on, can help to lift up the surrounding area property price
