Anyone have Guildwars account up to sales??
hopefully found one with GW:Prophecy,GW:Faction:GW:NF and GWEN,
my farkin account been perman BAN coz I've been accused usin bot or third party software..
I been away from GW for about 1 years ++ nearly 2 year..
and just now evening I login..and this freakin msg POP UP!!
I dun hv much time for games nowday due to my work..
so my only Gamin entertaiment is GW and is the BEST ever for me~
this suxx max....my collecter edition and everything gone~

this game doesn't require monthly fees, rite? does it have anything like a-cash thingy, where we need to pay extra for good stuff? so i just purchase the game and play, rite?

ofcoz! you can buy from ncsoft store or steam. I think the eclub malaysia still have the guild wars offer where you can get them all for rm200.

Anyway, the GW2 is slated for 2011 release. This year is most likely just a beta test. I think.

bad luck. Though I'm not playing gw now since I bought too many games from steam and haven't got the time to play them, I still feel kinda attached to my account since I can transfer the achievements to gw2.

perhaps you might want to buy another box of gw again?

i tried the trial, and it's downloading ascalon city but it's kinda slow. if i purchase the steam or the box one, is it need to keep on downloading every section? or?

    Forces the game to load all known updates.

        Important: The program terminates after the update is completed; since Guild Wars will not be able run with this parameter on, make sure to remove it after all the content has been downloaded.
        There are approximately 4.5 gigabytes of data to download, so broadband is advised.
        The gw.dat file is the one that is updated in this manner, and it can be transferred over to other machines after updating.
        Recommended: Create an additional shortcut on your desktop to Guild Wars that is labeled "Guild Wars Updater" and has this command line switch.
        Note: It's also possible to download all files simply by running the Guild Wars program and letting it "sit" on the login screen. You'll see a small lightning bolt near the bottom right corner that indicates downloading is in progress. (Though it will not decompress the files (decompressing makes for even faster first start times)).

if i purchase the cdkey and upgraded my trial account, do i need to download the game client again if i played the trial b4?

you dont have to download the client again, the cdkey will unlock the game to full.

here a tips

login to your gw account and idle on the char selected screen, as the client will slowly download the update while the gw client is open.

you see a small thunder sign on top right hand corner that mean it downloading some content
