Thanks Boon3 & Spring Onion on your feedback on Hohup smile.gif
Guess I will continue to hold it throughout the pp exercise
*
If you are really, really interested to be good in this shark market...
what you can do is follow current shares that have pp exercise....
look at older cases...
look at what happens... aha... look at date when first announced... look at date when price is fixed... look at how stock perform after the pp shares are listed.

if you do this long enough...
i think you will find that there isn't one fix ruling....

anything can and will happen in the shark market....
that's how I feel....

Anyway.... looking at older cases is always boring one... laugh.gif
here's a newer one....

http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/business-ne...t-at-rm337.html

Price is fixed....

look at the chart ( go research and see when this pp was proposed... go see... answer is easy. LOL!)

I post 2 charts...

open a 555 book...

write down what you think will happen (yes, challenge yourself... smile.gif )

btw, fitters chart also looks very interesting. wonder anyone expert in chart can give a comment on it

[attachmentid=4146854]

from the chart it seems that the large volume is enough to withstand the surge of share price 1 month ago. currently a spinnin top is formed, based on fitters trend, it usually takes another few more days to consolidate, then is will have a sudden surge again OR  it will stay stagnant for month even if the economy is good

same goes to IRIS (support level) and malton (resistance level). both are good to see and look biggrin.gif

This simple chart below says a lot... sweat.gif

Fundamentals...

I have shown you the FACT that the property division is Ah Fit Fit's main profit contributor....

anyway, I 6 C 6 C latest profit report.....

user posted image

That data says a lot....... sweat.gif

See the drastic drop in property sales?
Ya.. i DO 6 C the sales revenue once....... sweat.gif

Even though the profits maintained but the drastic drop in revenue IS a concern..... wink.gif

Something like Glomac.... huge drop in sales (*ahem*) http://theedgemalaysia.com/business-news/3...rm2085-mil.html

Anyway do NOTE how Ah Fit Fit explains it ....

user posted image

Do take into consideration................

anyway Ah Fit Fit has plenty of corporate exercises ongoing...

PP la...
Bonus issue la
free warrants la......

and also note Ah Fit Fir also sold its treasury shares..... *profit from the sales should be good...*

I am probably wrong but at this very moment of time, I reckon the GST hype (for IT companies) is probably way overblown.

But then.... when market is hot, it is hot... it loves hype.

yep, understand that property contributes the most (in fact you mentioned it like 3 or 4 times? laugh.gif ). and yes the chart looks very tempting and luring me to buy back tongue.gif that's the reason i ask you guys for the chart. nice treadline, nice support and good numbers are there.

but the main reason i would probably think that is what fitters is doing now is they are more towards renewable energy and piping business. so i expect they will hopefully decrease the dependancy from the property sector

while the piping is still hard to see it's outlook, but energy sector would provide a constant profit

IPO is going to out for it's Singapore renewable energy sector... it should be a good news right?

errr... why suddenly talk back about it's fundamental? i thought we are supposed to talk about the chart and tell some story behind it? laugh.gif
*
Doesn't my post sort of explain what's happening?

The corporate exercise gave the stock recent strength.
However, weakness have crept in, which is clearly seen in the with the atock trading below the trend line.
For some, they like to buy on weakness.
Which is fine.
But the issue is...this current weakness/consolidation could run much deeper.
That's the risk.

Property issue will be very important.
Take it away from ah fit fit...
What will you have?
A company without a whole lot of profit...
Can you imagine the potential damage?

ya lo. i am hoping this company will try to use piping and RE to reduce the dependency from the property sector

today sudden boom on property issues among the star biz. looks like alot of property counter will have a bad time next week ohmy.gif

still so tempting to trade this share again thumbup.gif
*
Piping business?
Well if you see big players like YLI struggling for the past few years, you probably might not be too optimistic with this.
RE? I am not optimistic either.
That's just me.
My risk assessment of the business might probably be too conservative.

p/s: have you look before into Scientex?

user posted image

Top notch 'profit growth' company, right?

As it good as it is, it only still trades around 11x PE.

Rather unjustifiable, some might argue, given its spectacular growth....

However, just like Ah Fit Fit....

the bulk of the profit came from its property division...

user posted image

Same same with Ah Fit Fit, yes?

No matter how good the numbers, the stock can't trade on a higher PE valuation.... wink.gif

But some don't care cause for them, the stock is a darling.... laugh.gif
