my gf told me this evening that she cannot make outgoing call from her celcom, it show active call barring...... what is that mean???
for your info, i register minute plan and 1 supplemantary line under my name, and give the supplemantary line to her, so that she can use it......
if it because i not pay the bill, i have already pay the bill right on time every month, and i can use it normally, but why my gf fon cannot use it???
a bit confius in here....

can i change my minute plan to powerpack???
i use minute plan from april this year, baru 3month.....
Sometime if your current usage already exceed credit limit, your line might get bar also
so maybe you can try to check your current usage.
about the powerpack38... i think it's for corporate line only and for new number registration only...
