want to ask.......
my gf told me this evening that she cannot make outgoing call from her celcom, it show active call barring...... what is that mean???

for your info, i register minute plan and 1 supplemantary line under my name, and give the supplemantary line to her, so that she can use it......

if it because i not pay the bill, i have already pay the bill right on time every month, and i can use it normally, but why my gf fon cannot use it???

a bit confius in here....

anybody can help me????
one more question,....
i heard about powerpack38......
can i change my minute plan to powerpack???
i use minute plan from april this year, baru 3month.....
*
Sometime if your current usage already exceed credit limit, your line might get bar also smile.gif so maybe you can try to check your current usage. tongue.gif

about the powerpack38... i think it's for corporate line only and for new number registration only... doh.gif

becareful with SALE AGENT, they are not celcom employee, they only want your money $$$ (commission) if they get terminated, they just go off to other sales company.

unless you subcribe to powertools (waive everything except stamp duty upon regn)

for a postpaid minutes this is the charges
connection fee RM50
stamp duty RM10
upfront Package Value RM50 (if u take C250) upon registration

all=RM110

now everything will be put in bill instead and divided to 5 months
for every month add RM23
*ps* im not a celcom employee/sale agent! so dont flame me! rclxub.gif
*
yayaya rclxms.gif some agent trying to say FREE... in the end.. where got free for 5month... vmad.gif but just first month charge divide to 5months... rclxub.gif

Maybe i can suggest the better method...

Try to take Power Tool... then take supplementary line under power tool...

Calls from Supp > Principle... FOC rclxms.gif

Anyway... Principle > Supp count as 8pax rate biggrin.gif

http://applications.celcom.com.my/PowerTools/supp.html

Try consider if just want to safe cost to call gf biggrin.gif
