You're telling me that you are 100% forgive. You mean to say, nobody close to you has ever disappointed you before?

And how far can you take forgiveness. You write about the Wallah issues and stuff like that. If you can let go, then forget about it, why voice these things out in first place, they not under our control.

I used to be a treasurer at church.

I can tell you, the controls there are really bad.

There is no higher authority to sign the payment vouchers. Ministries all get easy disbursements just like that.

But I don't blame the church, they are not finance people so they never think of these things.

I have raised these before, but again I kena shot down for questioning authority.

Also after that I notice I am not asked to help out in ministry anymore.

Errr, personally I think even the CG leader not quite ready to be leader. But my standard high lah
As in all the duties of CG leader
- share the word, as in having Bible study/discussion session.
- Praise & Worship - Song lead - this one can rotate between the members
- Icebreaker - games - can rotate with members
- Prayer- pray for one another or church or Msia, whatever topic
- Counselling members
- Visitation - visit members who absent quite some time from church or CG.

Of course not leader do everything, Main thing is sharing the word. This can share with assistant if assistant matured enough. Same with visitation.  Other duties can rotate with cell members

That's another misconception, you cannot bear Jesus's burden. No one can.
God the Father sent Him alone to bear the burdens of the world.

Our part is to be sensitive to God's leading or you can say to "hear" his voice, with regards to our lives and those surrounding us.

But to do that you have to constantly spend time with Him and consistent + prolong relationship with God, actually produces peace and joy in your life.

Actually if you think about what Jesus says,

You're suppose to live a life of Peace and Joy more than gritting your teeth trying to go through trials.

Let me share one revelation of the God's word about trials.
In Matthew 6, this is the modal Prayer that Jesus taught.
“ ‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation,a
but deliver us from the evil one.b ’
I know trials and tribulation is suppose to strengthen our character, some people say, more trials and tribulations, the better and is the norm for Christians.
But what did Jesus taught us to pray about Trials and Tribulations?

The Word there in verse 13, temptation, in the Greek, peirasmos is the same meaning for trials or Tribulations.

If Jesus taught us to pray like this, that God would lead us NOT into testing, I rather go with that. Why?

You can do a lot more things when you're at peace.
