Try reset carrier settings, not working Try key in new settings, still stuck at H+ Mines is D821 Model bought from 7mobile should I go back to the shop and test it on spot with another nexus 5? since i just bought it yesterday. I had to that while I was using HTC One before.BTW, my previous device is Nexus 4. QUOTE(R3b0rn @ May 7 2014, 10:54 PM) Since your father's one no problem with Maxis LTE, try swap his SIM to your phone and test. If confirm your SIM problem then only go Maxis center. Do note that your plan must fit requirement of Maxis 4G LTE ( I remembered 1GB data and above etc ) |

QUOTE(R3b0rn @ May 7 2014, 09:40 PM) assuming your SIM card and LTE coverage is OK...yes, there is a setting: Settings > Wireless & Networks: More... > Mobile Network > Preferred Network Type > LTE wait for some time to allow the phone to "latch" onto LTE network. if no difference, shutdown and restart the phone. It'll search & latch LTE if found. if all other failed, then could be issue with SIM or LTE service/coverage. This post has been edited by cybpsych: May 8 2014, 08:48 AM |

UPDATE: Mines and my father is using Maxis Telco QUOTE(kllam @ May 8 2014, 08:34 AM) I am on Maxis and did not even change my sim carf coming from my old phone, the settings is all automatic and i can get LTE the first time i put in the sim card. Maxis has been using new sim cards which is compatible with 4g for awhile. So sometimes is only settings problem and once activated, you can use 4g without changing the sim. Some need to change sim card cause their sim is still using old sim which don't support 4g.So, try swapping your dad's sim to your phone and check whether is it working or not. |
