nvr had an issue with alarms before, maybe set to time out ofter a certain time period? or some rouge app sucking battery.... use BBS to find out

I personally don't really like Ultra Hybrid that much solely because the transparent back is a fingerprint magnet but Slim Armor is nice in away that the phone is really being protected just a bit bulky that's all

Hmm, did you put in custom rom/ custom kernel / custom mod?

I had the random flicker too, then duno what I did and it went away... Maybe do a factory reset to stock and test?

i had flickers when using custom kernels~ probably the my kernel settings also. back to stock~

I was using elementalx. But it's been quite some time since my screen last flickered. I think it's a few weeks ago when it started flickered randomly.Don't think there's any flickering now.

The only changes I did to my phone since the flickering was updating the kernel. So I'm thinking its the kernel problem?

I tried using Elementalx and Franco. Both got flicker. But it was last month. now lazy to jump back and forth. just using stock also fine la I don't mind at all. Just need root. hahaha.

but i'm positive it's the kernel only. or custom rom with their kernel also possible.

I am using ElementalX 0.38 on stock rom. So far didn't encounter this. Maybe it's because u tweak the settings, my is left stock during installation except for under volting to 750mV

Definitely sounds like you got a background app/process draining your batt overnight.. i use timely/stock alarm and no issues with battery

yeah maybe cuz i did. btw on franco i had all set to stock and my rotation sensitivity became very2 sensitive. hahahaha. and it flickers in between it happened.
