It goes back to what budget you have for raw or raw and selvedge denims.
Local brands are a great place to start. You can check the first post of local shops carrying those denims. Getting to try them and talk to the owners getting their feedback is awesome. At least you know what you are getting when you're buying them.
Happy hunting and update your purchase here soon!

Hi guys...... Anyone of you guys here have experience with Uniqlo selvedge denims before? Mind share some thoughts? Tqtq
For the price (im assuming its rm150) is a good bargain.Sure its lightweight and made in china or bangladesh, you're getting the denim from kaihara mills in Japan.
If its your first foray into raw and selvedge denim on a tight budget, go ahead and try them.
