Went to the site last weekend, i wonder how can the developer build a private lane from D'sand to the KTM station.
How can the developer stop the shoplot (and temple) residents come out from their back door.

AND the picture from their brochure seem is walk from the FRONT gate wo, Dsand "confirmed" will link the KTM from their BACK DOOR ma. from back door, you wont go thro this also imo, you will be walking from (Dsand compound) back gate to the ktm

The walk way from Residence to KTM gate will be beautify it.
Lim Kok Weng University's Student are invited to painting the shop and the shop owner are agree.
This walk way is not ready yet mangkukt bro.
Promise will cover walk way to KTM from residence second guard house.

This place is so quiet and myself not dare to stay long take photo and cabut.
And if someone lock the small gate, then u have to walk all the way back to the KTM main entrance

Please try to stay there longer and let us know whether is safe or not, since it is one of selling point from D'Sands

1 more thing i 12 highlight, the indian temple is using the back lane (canopy).

Hmmm,I have not seen the developer claimed it will be a private lane, bro/sis chewlee mind to share where you saw the private lane from.?

The pictures you saw is exactly like any typical back lane of any shops in KL you can find.





Lets take these for example, located in Taman Desa, to be exact, Taman Danau Desa.

In these picture, you can clearly see both the back lane is in an even worse condition than the one in D'Sands. At the very least the one in D'Sands is clean and new. And lastly, in the middle of these 2 back lane there is this Ficelle Bakery. My point being, don't judge a place by some mere pictures.


Another example, take a picture of your house back lane and see if its beautiful. I certainly dont dare to say mine is good even if i stay in Taman Desa.
