really hard to digest so much condos in old klang road

This project will be connected to Petaling KTM station. The building will be next to NPE. Accessibility to the site is pretty alright. Expected to be 600-700 psf.

Just saw their rooftop pool and it certainly looks familiar. Looks the same as another condo near the Sg Besi vicinity. haha

nowadays too many development until the developer finding hard to name a new condo name.

If 550psf sure BBB, as petalz already above 600+psf last year price. My guess will be start from 600psf

old klang road so many development... still launch at 600psf.. dunno the market can swallow or not...
