Its a back lane, it is common for back lanes to be quite. Correct me if I'm wrong, there is no restaurant operator in those shops. Unless you wanna see wet road and a one full of pot holes, I don't see any reason why is quite a bad element.

2ndly, trying going there doing prayers time, tell me if its quite.

Bro Pig, u don't need to guess, i mentioned Petalz so many time in my previous post.
I never intend to hide anything, i committed to Petalz, that why i concern about the access (small gate) to the KTM station because the access not only benefit the D'sand but Petalz as well.

If the small gate close, bad news to Petalz also, why should i mentioned something bad to my own investment?

I thought it is lowyat culture to tembak ppl.. haha

If I'm not mistaken, the back lane is only accessible by D'Sands people...I not sure how Petalz resident can jump into D'Sands then walk pass the D'Sands gate to access the beautified lane to KTM

Or I am wrong..someone please tell me isit the lane only can access by D'Sands residents or anyone ?

reread your post, when you said something is bad, you did not make it clearly you wasnt talking about the development..

KTM is running a business, more door means more ppl.. why would they close it.? unless the residents in the nearby vicinity filed a complaint to bandaraya, saying that the door is a nuisance.

its a public area, cars and such can have access.. they just beautify it..
