yea, nothing...so buy at 0%SC and exit with no fees...but then how these ppl/fund houses earn or very low...based on mgt fees?  or ...
As you aware..banks selling UTs..internal or ext, require 1 to 3% SC...

Yea management fees of course smile.gif

these mgt fees, will be deducted daily, then revised NAV in which deducted their mgt fees. No wonder some fund house cum distributor can resort to 0%SC and no exit fees also..

Yea that's how it's done smile.gif

Is it dangerous to buy when a fund hit the all time high?

if your friends advise you to sell off your fund only because of its high unit price, remember that the performance of a fund depends on how its underlying stocks or bonds perform, instead of its unit price. With sound fundamentals (such as attractive estimated PE ratios and strong earnings growth) and strong positive economic outlook, it still makes good sense to invest in a fund even though its unit price is high.

hmm.gif it is "Better" to examine the valuation & fundamentals of the region/sectors/countries of the fund in mention....look at key valuation metrics like PE and PB ratios, expected earnings growth, as well as excess earnings yield to determine how attractive a particular market is.
an example of where to get these is analysis....

hmm.gif best if it is considered in total......what is your portfolio returns?
how is the individual funds in the portfolio performed against it's peers of the same region/mandate/asset/sector type over a period of time ...example 3 yrs?
shakehead.gif don’t get too carried away by just investing in your favourite markets, even though the recent performance of some markets has been very strong.

Your portfolio looks like a buffet table... so much variety and so much overlap of funds.

With UOB will officially exit the management of RHB-OSK KidSave Trust from 1 July onwards, hopefully the fund will start to roar.

My ROI is 23% and IRR is 16%

It becomes the best performing fund in my portfolio.
