You have a small exposure for Japan if you don't have any Japan heavy fund.

For me, the fund is still young and hard to say anything.

I have enough coverage for Asia including Japan.

By the way, I'm topping up CIMB GTF.

But currently the fund is all invested in ASEAN+HK, zero Japan exposure yet.

Now, dunno wanna just buy, or sell a bit of my Eastspring Global Emerging Markets, which have performed greatly recently.

Once upon a time, it USED TO perform like a Ponzi...i.e. keep on going up and up and up and up.

But now has normalised biggrin.gif

Lee Sook Yee fund lagi bagus wor

The difference I noted:

CIMB got Australia (20%+) and other countries like India
Kenanga one only ASEAN+HK...which makes it quite similar to HwangIM funds' strategy

CIMB Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund is the only Asia ex Japan fund I analyzed so far that invests in Kangarooland.

Well, Kangarooland offers income/dividend based stocks I think. I don't expect remarkable return from it and hope it could just maintain its goal of at least 8% p.a as a steady grower fund.

On the other hand, if you're NOT planning to keep Eastspring Global Emerging Markets for long term, just realize the profit and invest in other fund.
